Consumer Terms

These terms apply when you use APIblaze ("APIblaze", "we") to sign in to an API, developer portal, or application operated by a third party (the API provider). APIblaze provides the sign-in and identity infrastructure; the service you access is operated by the API provider, not by APIblaze. By continuing to sign in, you agree to these terms and to the Consumer Privacy Notice.

The API, its content, availability, pricing, support, and its own terms are the responsibility of the API provider. APIblaze is not a party to your relationship with them and does not control what their API does. Any agreement about using the API itself is between you and the API provider.

When signing in through APIblaze, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure;
• use API keys and tokens issued to you only as permitted by the API provider;
• not attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the sign-in, access controls, or the platform, and not use it to facilitate unlawful activity.

Access to a provider's API is governed by that provider's rules (such as allowlists, group memberships, and account status) and by our platform-security measures. As a result, sign-in or a request may be allowed or refused automatically and in real time. We may also suspend or limit access we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse. If you believe access was refused in error, contact the API provider, who controls those rules.

How your personal information is handled is described in the Consumer Privacy Notice, including that APIblaze uses limited information to keep the platform secure. By continuing to sign in, you acknowledge that handling.

The sign-in service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, APIblaze disclaims warranties for it and is not liable for the acts or omissions of an API provider or of your chosen login provider, or for any API you access through them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.
