Built to be fair when it matters
Refused requests are refunded
If we reject a request — bad key, no permission, over quota — the charge is refunded, so you’re billed for the requests we serve rather than the ones we turn away.
No surprise bills
Everything is prepaid: if the balance runs out, requests pause with a 402 — there’s no end-of-month invoice. Use zero, pay zero.

Request prices step down as your volume grows — a higher tier means a lower per-request price, by design.

Pricing questions
Is there a subscription or per-seat fee?
No. No plans, no monthly minimums, no per-seat charges. You buy credits and spend them only as things actually run.
What exactly costs money?
Requests — and a request is a request whether it goes to your API or to our management APIs. Calls that proxy your API, and calls you make directly to manage groups, users and permission rules, all bill at the same band price. Nothing inside a proxied request is charged twice: key checks, permission checks, transforms and validation are already covered by that request's price. On top of requests: AI chat turns (model cost plus a 1¢ fee — or a flat 1¢ with your own LLM key) and invitation/access-request emails (1¢, they send real email). Free: API key management, your first 2,000 end-user logins a month, your first 500 active API keys, and all revocation and cleanup.
Do features make requests more expensive?
No. A request that uses key authentication, permission checks, transforms and validation costs exactly the same as a bare one. The band price includes everything — including the authorization engine behind your permission rules.
What do I get before paying?
250 requests and 10 AI chat turns anonymously, with no card. Signing up adds 250 more requests. After that, add credits from $10.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Requests pause with a 402 until you top up. Topping up takes effect right away — your proxies keep their config and your counters keep their place.
I do millions of requests a month — is $0.0005 my price?
